Practical support to help you move forward

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Mental-health difficulties, major life changes, stress, isolation or a loss of confidence can make everyday tasks harder than they need to be.

Coaching provides practical, one-on-one support to help you build confidence, develop skills and work towards the life you want.

Our coaches work alongside you to identify your goals, build on your strengths and take meaningful steps towards improved wellbeing, independence and connection.

We offer groups at Thomas Street

At Thomas Street, we offer a diverse range of supportive, evidence‑based and creative group programs designed to strengthen wellbeing, build resilience, and foster genuine community connection. Our groups provide safe, guided spaces where people can learn practical skills, explore identity, express themselves creatively, build emotional regulation, and connect with others who understand their experiences. Whether someone is seeking tools to manage difficult emotions, looking for recovery‑focused support, wanting to reconnect with their body, or hoping to explore personal growth, our programs are designed to meet people where they are and walk alongside them.

What's on?

All groups run from 10 Thomas Street unless otherwise noted, and some require registration due to limited places.
