Centacare Multicultural Services provides support for multicultural individuals and multicultural communities in Cairns and the surrounding regions. Our service specialises in regional settlement, community engagement and employment & training.
Centacare Social Wellbeing Hub offers a Social Support Group for people who wish to remain independent in the community and centre-based respite to young people living with physical and intellectual disabilities and their Carers.
We offer a range of services from across all our service areas for adults over 65 and people under 65 who are living with a disability with or without a NDIS plan, including NDIS Support Coordination.
Centacare provides Mental Health services including Counselling for individuals, children, couples and families and Coaching to enhance the quality of life for people with a mental illness, their families and carers. Our Mental Health services are available to people with or without a NDIS plan.
Centacare FNQ is a registered provider of NDIS services. Our Support Coordination team are ready to help you through the planning process to becoming NDIS ready, helping you achieve your goals and plan for the future.
