Multicultural Minds is a free mental wellbeing program for adults from multicultural backgrounds. We understand that mental wellbeing can be affected by many things, such as culture, moving to a new country, family expectations, settlement stress, language barriers, and past trauma.
Our team members come from diverse backgrounds and bring lived experience and cultural understanding. We provide safe and respectful support, taking time to get to know your story, your strengths and what you want to work towards. We support you to take steps at your own pace and help build support around you by connecting you with community, health services, and other organisations. This support can help you feel less alone, build confidence, improve your wellbeing, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Support that can fit around you, including help to make plans, connect with services, and build everyday skills.
Support for family members and carers, including information, guidance and help to better understand and support their loved one.
Group activities that help people meet others, feel included, and connect with their community.
Information and activities that help communities better understand mental health and how to support each other.
Please, complete this form and we will contact you as soon as possible during business hours. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm except for public holidays.
